We use only the freshest ingredients, our herbs and vegetables come from our own garden and local suppliers including Bernard Roughan Butchers Ennistymon, Mc Cambridges Galway, Galway Bay Seafood, Pallas Foods, K&C Norton, Celtic Salads, Limerick Fruit & Veg, St Tola Goats Cheese, Musgraves Galway, Tindal Wine Merchants and Galvin Wines.

Due to covid we have had to reduce our menu size. For our latest menu please send us an email and we will happily send it on the latest menu.

We pride ourselves on using products that are sourced from local suppliers and Irish companies. Our chicken and beef is sourced locally.
